Imbal 600 MAP is the model suitable to pack fresh products in modified atmosphere in order to extend the shelf life of the product. Versatile and efficient this model is a side-seal wrapper with servo-drive technology which delivers high speed and consistency with fewer working parts for unparalleled performance. multiple cross seal modules, touch-screen display and a solid construction. The special sealing bar is adapted to work with BOPP film, and seal with high accurancy in order to obtain a perfect gas barrier welding. This type of machinery works with a center folded reel of film and seals the bag on the three sizes of its perimeter. Thanks to the aesthetic of the package this bag is suitable for products like basis of pizza, bread, basis of pasta, fresh dry cheese etc.
