Imbal 65 GAS FLUSHING is the model suitable to pack fresh products in modified atmosphere in order to extend the shelf life of the product. Versatile and efficient this model is a wrapper with the bottom reel. The special sealing bar and the upper sealing unit are adapted to work with BOPP film, and seal with high accurancy in order to obtain a perfect gas barrier welding. This type of machinery works with a flat reel of film which wraps the product and creates a tube, which is closed by the upper sealing unit and it's then welded to the two ends in order to form a pillow bag.Thanks to the aesthetic of the package this bag is suitable for products like basis of pizza, bread, basis of pasta, fresh dry cheese etc.
