Systems
Rubber Coated Rollers
Roller system Equipment where the product is transported in the tunnel, the jet of hot air retracts the plastic film, up to fit the shape of the product itself. This type of oven it is used for products subjects to exhibition like paintings, picture frames, toys, magazines and boxes or food products like chocolates, frozen fish, frozen pizzas etc…
PTFE belt
Equipment with Teflon belt system where the product is transported in the tunnel, the hot air jet retracts the plastic film (polyethylene, polypropylene and polyolefin), up to fit the shape of the product itself. This type of oven is used for shrink packed products of small sizes thanks to the easy sliding of the belt. Suitable for all kinds of food and non-food.
Special sealings
Equipment with product welding system for bagging products with plastic film that does not need to be folded and creased, ideal for display or storage of items such as magazines, folders, books, clothes, CDs, DVDs etc..
Wire net
Equipment with a system where the product is transported in the tunnel through a wire net and where the hot air jet retracts the plastic film (polythene), up to fit the shape of the product itself. This type of tunnel is used for heavy products like: couches, clothes, radiators, metal doors and windows, car doors, heavy boxes etc…
Plastic belt
Equipment with plastic belt system where the product is transported in the tunnel, the hot air jet retracts the plastic film (polyethylene, polypropylene and polyolefin), up to fit the shape of the product itself. This type of oven is used for products like vials, bottles etc… For easy sliding of the carpet are suitable all kinds of food and non-food goods.
