SEMI AUTOMATIC L'SEALERS MACHINE: (Made in Italy).
Robust structure in powder-painted pipes, unlike other machines of our production, where the welding bar opens to scissors, on this model the bar is raised perpendicularly to the bar, allowing the passage of products high and, importantly, you a hot-bar welding unit is installed, operated by an electronic thermoregulator. Thus, a perfect sealing on polythene films is achieved with virtually no maintenance. The coil rack has a large load floor and can be transported in width, allowing a perfect fit to the size of the product. SHRINK TUNNEL: (Made in Italy).
Robust retraction tunnel designed to optimize hot air flows by aspirating them from the top of the inlet and outlet ports preventing heat loss. Heated by ceramic resistors placed on the hips and coil resistors on the base, it is possible through forced ventilation to convey the hot air flow around the product, a secret for a good retraction of the film.
The product passes through a teflon fabric web mesh or through silicon-hollowed pierced chains. Possibility to vary the speed from 0 to 11 meters min. potentiometer Possibility of lifting and lowering the belt according to product height for energy saving. It is possible to convey airflow under the product or to divide it between the underside and sides. Insulation in pure high-density basaltic rock wool guarantees a reduction of heat to the outside, the sides are practically at room temperature, whereby a high internal temperature is obtained with reduced installed power.
The resistances controlled by an electronic thermoregulator guarantee, once the set temperature is reached, a nearly half-in-term electricity consumption. Particular care and good quality of the components makes this machine suitable for long-term use with minimal maintenance.
